What is it?
It is a series of ideas and techniques known to some as Doodle Art, ZenArt (Zen Art), Tangle Patterns, Zendalas, Zendoodling (Zen Doodling), and others as Zentangle. It is a form of meditation through drawing, which is based on the realization of patterns structured in squares during their learning process, these patterns later tend to be included in more complex drawings to obtain results that are perceived with more elaboration work; it is a form of expression with great possibilities among them: the application on different supports and with different materials generating unique and unexpected results.
It is an easy technique to learn, relaxing and fun, the most important thing: it does not discriminate manual or motor skills, interests, age, materials for practice, among others. It can be enjoyed by everyone to unconsciously acquire the benefits it provides.
